Late Arrivals

We offer a 7-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation. You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and you will need to rebook for another day.

Because our services are scheduled back-to-back, we are unable to extend appointment times for late arrivals.

No-Shows

We have a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Clients who no-show will also be blocked from booking future appointments.

Guests & Children

Children and guests are welcome in the studio; however, you are responsible for their behavior throughout your appointment.

For the comfort and safety of our clients and service providers, disruptive guests or children may be asked to leave the treatment area or studio.

For intimate services, male guests are not permitted in the treatment room. This policy is in place as a safety precaution for our service providers.

Booking & Card on File

A valid card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is securely kept on file in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.

All appointments must be booked through our online booking site. We do not accept appointment bookings through Instagram, Facebook, text messages, or other DMs/messages.
